The facade of the courtyard residential buildings is a pattern of clear and translucent double glass wall that allows air to pass and create cross-ventilation through the building.

The courtyard interior is made of a program of spaces with different functions and material textures. The lobby is a double-height volume with surfaces and lines of light. The double glass wall on the exterior facade allows air to pass and cool down and ventilate the atrium and on the last floor, a lifted ceiling allows natural light to pass through the interior.
